You’ll begin your journey with comprehensive training. You’ll be able to use industry leading training and no cost company generated leads from an industry leader. Working with blue-collar working families to protect their assets.

Duties:

* Set appointments with members of groups requesting benefits produced by company

* Offer expert life insurance recommendations 

* Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base

* Follow up an provide support to new policy holders during underwriting process 

* Provide annual reviews to client base

Compensation:

* This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-year entry level agents average $48,000 - $62,000

* Commission and bonuses are paid weekly

* Commission and bonuses are uncapped

* Quarterly and Monthly Bonuses also available

Sales agents come from diverse professional backgrounds, many of which do not have previous sales experience. 

A successful agent should possess the following skills and abilities:

• Sales-minded, and open to connecting via phone 
• Passion for people and developing sales relationships
• Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales success
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Competence with windows and Zoom is a plus
